Awards Unlimited, is a division of BORBA Recognition Co., Inc., a producer of top quality awards since 1949.

Our History

Awards Unlimited was formed in 1962 by Earl Balin and his partner, Bob Jones, after Granite Brothers Jewelery closed their trophy division, where Earl had been a sales representative. The original location was at 209 Post St, San Francisco, in the Brooks Brothers building.

In 1987, Earl Balin sold Awards Unlimited to BORBA Manufacturing, a family-owned corporation, which operated Clearlite Trophies in South San Francisco since 1949.

In 1996, BORBA Manufacturing spun off its retail trophy division which became BORBA Recognition Co., Inc.

In 2002, Awards Unlimited relocated across the street to 210 Post in the famous Shreve Building, from which it operates today.
